2. Production Technology

Adopting the air covering process, spandex filament is used as the core yarn, wrapped with polyester POY/FDY and polyamide staple filament through high-pressure air flow winding and forming. Free of hard twist knots, the yarn features fluffy, soft texture and even elasticity, overcoming the drawback of stiff handfeel inherent to mechanically covered yarn.
